Abbie Baron Morganstein

Abbie Baron Morganstein is a painter, designer, illustrator and filmmaker. Morganstein received her BFA in painting from Scripps College and her MFA in experimental animation from the California Institute of the Arts. She has done work for Ford, Tool of North America, Kalimba Records, Janus Funds, Disney, Lincoln/Mercury, AMI and the California Wildlife Center. She recently published a fine art book entitled Fun With Marshmallows. Morganstein and her husband founded the Happy Puddle Art Collective in 1991. Her latest exhibition, entitled Twenty Five Weeks of Cyclosporin, was shown at the Orange County Center For The Arts and she will be exhibiting at Los Angeles’ Local Gallery in September 2003. Morganstein is represented by Lola Gallery in San Francisco and Acuna Hansen Gallery in Los Angeles.
